The death (debt) of the one, is the bread (power) of the other "Over the years, due to the avarice of the banks and the complicity of politicians, that ratio has increased dramatically. In the early days of  the 20th century, federally chartered U.S. banks were required to keep gold reserves of 25 percent. That means they were allowed to lend the  same money four times. For many years Canadian banks were required to maintain a cash reserve of 8 percent. That means they were  allowed to lend the same money 12½ times."  "More recently, thanks to Milton Friedman’s irrational flip-flop from being someone who thought the banks should maintain 100% cash  reserves, to someone who recommended zero cash reserves – in effect an era of de-regulated banking – multiples increased to 20 to 1 or  more.  Being able to lend the same money to twenty different people or institutions, and collect interest from each one, is not just larceny –  it’s grand larceny! (My own addition: Which in many countries is punished with the death!)...    Still, you may ask, if banks lend money that they don’t have in their vaults where does it come from? The answer, really, is that they create it  out of thin air. The system works this way. Suppose that you want to borrow $35,000 to buy a new car. You visit your friendly banker and ask  for a loan. He/she will ask you for collateral – some stocks, bonds, a second mortgage on your house or cottage or, if you are unable to supply  any of these, the co-signature of a well-to-do friend or relative. When the collateral requirement is satisfied you will be asked to sign a note  for the principal amount with an agreed rate of interest.  When the paperwork is complete, and the note signed, your banker will make an entry on the bank’s computer and, presto, a $35,000 credit  will appear in your account which you can use to buy your car. The important point is that seconds earlier that money did not exist. It was  created out of thin air – so to speak. Graham Towers, the first and arguably best Governor of the Bank of Canada said, “Money is just a book entry, that’s all it is.” If he were alive  today he would say, “Money is just a computer entry, that’s all it is.”  As a consequence of this the current banking system started, which at the moment destroys the world through a System of Debt. History has  shown that this system is a perpetual irredeemable system. A system for disasters in the making.  "Not surprisingly, there have been 25 recessions and depressions in the United States since 1890. In several cases, including the Great  Depression of the 1930s and the current Great Recession, the evidence indicates that the meltdown was anticipated by a few insiders who  helped trigger the catastrophe."  Aside. So on average each 5 years a recession or depression took place! In fact, it goes much further. A small clique of bankers and others  have bought up with self-made non-existing money almost the entire world. Governments have sold large parts of the countries, of which  they are the so-called leaders, to owners of multinational colonising businesses and banks for this non-existing money, including the citizens,  as wage slaves, furniture and living machine parts.  Now we must try to deal with the problems, which has been caused by this.  Governments are in the same position as humans, with regard to the debt problem. They only get money from the banks, when they take  "austerity" measures. Banks will not safe countries. But, Paul Hellyer says, countries have the right to print money themselves! And private  banks do not have that right! How then is it possible that exactly the opposite takes place? Because a banking elite tries to create a New  World Order under their control. The Bilderberg club has made a plan for the world. There exists not one democratic nation in the world. They  are all commanded by the banking elite.  "Why are governments paying private financiers to generate credit they could be issuing themselves,   interest free? According to Professor Carroll Quigley, Bill Clinton’s mentor at Georgetown University, it was all  part of a concerted plan by a clique of international financiers. In his book Tragedy and Hope in 1966, he  wrote:  “The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system  of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy  of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the  world acting in concert by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The  apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank  owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations.”...    ...If that was the plan, it has been succeeding brilliantly! There is not one genuine democracy in the western  world. All are being effectively dictated to by an international system of banks and bond dealers. Worse,  there is no change in sight because only about 1% of citizens understand what money is and where it comes  from. I am not saying that all bankers are evil. They are not. But the international financial system produces  results that are evil beyond description. It has not always been and doesn’t need to be this way. There is a  remedy."  The remedy: Create as a country money!  The remedy: Create as a country money! Paul Hellyer has therefore made a proposal to diminish the power of the banks. The earlier  mentioned proposal: "Global Hope: A Plan to End the Worldwide Financial Crises".  Worldwide the short and long term goals of his proposal are the following:  "1. ...end the recession/depression... The infusion of $10-trillion initially, worldwide, and more if necessary, of what might be called  government-created, debt-free money (GCM) will accomplish that.    2.   ...put some semblance of morality into the system and stop privately-owned banks from lending the same money so many times to  different people. So I am proposing that bank leverages be reduced from their present high levels. (In Canada the Bank Act allows the  banks to own assets up to 20 times their capital) to 2 to 1, where interest-bearing assets could not be greater than two times the cash in  their vaults or on deposit with the central banks. This could be achieved in seven years or less by federal governments creating enough  GCM to keep their economies growing while at the same time buying back about 1/3 of their outstanding debt. Once banks have achieved  34% cash reserves, the money-creation function would be shared between government and the private banks 34% GCM, 66% BCM.  3.  The biggest achievement of the whole process, however, would be the democratization of the so-called democracies. At the present time  there is not one country in the western world that is master of its own destiny - not Canada, not the United States, not Germany and  certainly not any of the countries that are mentioned in the daily news. They are all under the control of the international banking cartel,  both financially and politically. It's time for the sham to end and for electors to gain control."  "Finally, one has to wonder why the G20 group of world leaders hasn’t come up with something positive along these lines. One can only  assume that none of the G20 leaders has specialized knowledge in the field of money and banking. This is not surprising when only about 1%  of the population really understands. Instead the leaders are advised by bankers and economists. The former are part of the cartel, and  represent the vested interests of the banking fraternity.  Orthodox economists, with a few rare exceptions, lack the necessary vision. They  have known full well that the “balanced budget” approach adopted in the 1930s only succeeded in extending the misery for years. They have  had 70 years to design a system that would be a firewall against a recurrence. But, they haven’t done it, and the proof of the pudding is in  the eating. So we will have to seek out the handful of forward thinkers who do understand, and put them in positions of authority."    "It was Einstein who said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." That is what  governments, on the advice of their chief economists, are doing today."  Hellyer then stated that the re-election of Barack Obama is the best that can happen to the United States of North-America and the rest of the  world. Obama survived Wall Street. He should now start with:  1. Breaking down the power of Wall Street;  2. Acceptance of Palestine as an independent state;  3. Full disclosure of everything with regard to extraterrestrials and their visits;  4. Campaigns to save the rainforest;  5. Fully using global resources to change from fossil fuels to Breakthrough Energies.  Van Global Warming naar Global Breakthrough Energy  Who is going to finance the war against Global Warming?, is Hellyer's most important question as part of the U-turn, which is necessary. This  will cost trillions and it has to be financed against an immense debt problem.  North-America keeps at least 6,000 patents secret. Disclosure of these patents should take place. They should be brought into the public  domain. According to Hellyer the Star People have given the United States of North-America cold fusion and zero point energy years ago  already, but the United States keeps this hidden too. These patents and sources of energy could make the U-turn possible. Paul Hellyer states further: Stop the war against terrorism, so the war against "Global Warming", the most important issue of today, can take  place. It is his opinion, that everyone of the worldwide human family should be able to find solutions for this.  "This war is a golden opportunity for all the worlds’ diverse tribes, sects, religions and nation states to abandon their rivalries and work  together as one big global family to protect the habitability of our common home. That is the reason this conference is so timely. We are  looking at breakthrough energy sources to provide the alternative or alternatives to fossil fuels essential to launch the attack."  Aside. The term "Global Warming" has become a very loaded term. It is also one of the reasons, though, why the Global B.E.M., as a  proponent of the breakthrough of alternative sources of energy emerged. The fossil fuels pollute the Earth and cause an increasing amount of  CO2 in the Earth’s atmosphere. Denying this is ill-advised. If this actually will lead to a global warming is another question. But prevention is  always better than cure. Especially in this case. The ways in which the consequences are prevented are those of the well known symptom  treatment. And this symptom treatment benefits the 1% and is to the detriment of the 99%. Instead of addressing the disease itself, ergo  stop using oil, gas and coal, a means of symptom treatment like taxes is introduced. The CO2 tax in no way puts an end to the use and  burning of fossil fuels. On the contrary, in the current Centralisation of Power it only comes down to it, that the few will have to pay little or no  cent CO2 tax, while the 99% will be heavily taxed. With that this tax also will be abused, as very many medicines are abused by the  pharmaceutical industry and as pesticides and genetically modified plants and animals are abused by the Monsanto's of the world. To further  extend the power of the few and to further restrain the power of the many. The 99% in this way will be even more overpowered by the  multinational colonising businesses and the national and unions of national governments. It is here that the Global B.E.M. chooses another  road. A road to finding and starting to use other sources of energy. A road, which not only can lead to cleaner, safer and more durable forms  of energy. But also to the taking away of the necessity of a CO2 tax as symptom treatment. And also to the bringing back again of the power  in the own hands of each human herself on Earth.  It therefore seems sensible to abandon the term "Global Warming", but at he same time find another term. A term, which makes clear that it  is about much more than only the possible warming of the Earth caused by human. It is about the continous pollution and impoverishment by  human on all fronts and places of the Earth. The continuing contamination of the atmosphere by the burning of fossil fuels is only a small part  of this pollution. The disasters of the Exxon Valdez, of the B.P. affair in the Gulf of Mexico, of the oil villainy of the Shell in Nigeria, of the  nuclear disasters in Chernobyl and in Fukushima and of all near disasters with other nuclear reactors, like the North-American Three Miles  Island, are proof of that. These disasters too are, like the "nonsense of Global Warming", brushed away as small accidents by multinational  colonising businesses to be able to keep earning abundantly, as if the Earth and humanity can be saved with this. It is also about the looting  of all natural energy sources of the Earth, for which certain nations create wars to get them into their hands or at least in the hands of  multinational colonising businesses. It is about the so-called necessary "fracking" in order to extract gas. See for instance the article:  "Europa: duidelijke regels fracken schaliegas” (Europe: clear rules fracken shale gas) on the website "DuurzaamNieuws.Nl" (internet reference  (17-08-13): http://www.duurzaamnieuws.nl/bericht.rxml?id=92763) (Sorry, Dutch only). And it is about the unscrupulous destruction of  complete ecosystems, like the rainforest, of which Paul Hellyer speaks. And so on and so on.  In whatever way it is thought about and looked at, the fact is that human as a lifeform on Earth has not any respect for whatever other  lifeform on his home planet. Not even for his own lifeform. He may feel himself far superior above all those other lifeforms, because he is so  very much closer to his god, is made in his image even, but it may be clear that he does not behave like this at all. The idea of Paul Hellyer to  build the Kingdom of God on Earth I support, even though I will never call it this. There is not one reason to wait for that Kingdom till after  your death. We can also experience both, before as well as after life.   It may also become clear that a small clique, who owns nations, unions of nations and multinational colonising businesses, has much more  interest for each counteraction of counteracting the pollution of the Earth, for looting her of her natural resources and for destroying complete  ecosystems, than the 99%. For the first are the ones, who in this way gather only more power. And if they can not do that through  exploitation, then they do this by pretending to counteract this exploitation and by posing as so-called "Greens".  My proposal is to substitute the term and the idea of "Global Warming" worldwide by "Global Breakthrough Energy Movement". With that the  CO2 problem becomes just a small part of a much wider and a positively oriented goal to not only save the Earth and her ecologies, but also a  way to let every individual human contribute to this, from his own free will.  Ending his presentation, Paul Hellyer points to the "IMF's epic plan to conjure away debt and dethrone bankers", as described in an article on  the website of "The Telegraph" (internet reference (13-08-13:) http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/comment/9623863/IMFs-epic-plan-to-  conjure-away-debt-and-dethrone-bankers.html). Broadly speaking, the creators of this epic plan propose the same as Paul Hellyer. Two good ideas in the plan are, according to Hellyer, firstly  the principle that the government has responsibility and secondly that it also has the power to exercise this responsibility. So the governments  should start to act accordingly, even if the banks do not agree.  Aside. This is also what Eisenhower said in his farewell speech. The last paragraph of the quote from Eisenhower's farewell speech reads: "It  is the task of statesmanship to mold, to balance, and to integrate these and other forces, new and old, within the principles of our democratic  system -- ever aiming toward the supreme goals of our free society."  Finally Hellyer points out his own website "PaulHellyerWeb.com" and the website "Victory for the World", where the information of his  presentation and this article can be found.  In summary  Unlike Catherine Austin Fitts (see my article: The (Total) Reality and the "Official" Reality - Catherine Austin Fitts (The Global B.E.M.-  conference - Part II)) Paul Hellyer's views on our future are much bleaker. While Austin Fitts thinks that there is only a 5% chance that the  world system will collapse, a chance she includes as a matter of fact "because it is considered normal to give a percentage", Hellyer says in  the summary of his lecture the following (see internet reference (02-12-12): http://globalbem.com/conference/program-detailed):  The world is in an unbelievable mess and is headed for catastrophe. The principal responsibility for this state of affairs can be attributed to a small group of bankers  and industrialists, in partnership with the industrial-military complex, who are responsible for practices that are depleting world resources and destroying ecosystems.  The leaders of the G20 nations have expended nearly all of their time and energy in an effort to rescue a hopeless highly-leveraged banking system that is beyond  repair. No amount of tinkering can set it right, so a dramatic fundamental overhaul is the only solution. Once this has been accomplished, the subject of global  warming, which is the most important priority for human kind, can be addressed and financed. The only remaining problem is gaining access to exotic fuels which are  controlled by the same elite group that runs the world through its banking and oil cartels. Only governments willing to confront the cabal and exercise their own  sovereign powers fully on behalf of the people can save the situation.  In short Paul Hellyer's proposal and plan is: Put an end to the power of private banks and the small clique of humans who own these banks.  Do this by creating money as a country. That is the right of countries. Diminish with that the "leverages" of banks from their current high  levels of 20 to 1 to 2 to 1. Reach a money-creation-ratio of 34% G.C.M. (Government Created Money) and 66% B.C.M. (Bank Created  Money). Build from this U-turn in power real democracies. Democracy, in which each human on Earth "has adequate food to eat, potable  water to drink, a decent shirt on his or her back, a roof over his or her head, adequate health care and sufficient free education to develop  skills and prepare for a productive and fulfilling life." And as an entire humanity go search for solutions for our problem of pollution, of  depletion of the Earth and of our energy problem.  Aside. Therefore I suggest, with regard to these problems, to step away from the term "Global Warming" and to use in its place "Global  Breakthrough Energy Movement" as a positive term and a positive means. How this is possible? Not from one, but from very many ideas of  humans from all over the world.   "Time does not permit any further elaboration of the high priority reforms that must be vigorously tackled, but I have already written about  them in greater length in Light at the End of the Tunnel. The Global Breakthrough Energy Conference has shown that we can abandon fossil  fuels in favour of clean energy. That puts the onus on us. Will we unite with the visionaries around the world to preserve its habitability for  future generations or not? The choice is ours."   Previous page Up
